How does the Convert Animated GIF to Flash work?

This SWF file can be used in a webpage just like any other SWF file. You can press the "View HTML" for the source code to put into your HTML page.
The SWF generated by this is not usable with Firestarter. You can't convert an animated GIF into SWF and then use it in Firestarter to add other effects.
